1. What is the Trailborn Gift Card?
The Trailborn Gift Card is a prepaid digital card that can be used to pay for stays, experiences, and eligible purchases at participating Trailborn hotels and locations. Physical gift cards can be purchased at participating Trailborn hotels.
2. Where can I use my Trailborn Gift Card?
Trailborn Gift Cards can be redeemed at the participating Trailborn hotels and restaurants listed below. The gift card can be used, on property to pay for your stay as well as onsite amenities such as dining, or any charges billed to your room on your hotel folio.
The Trailborn gift card products may be used at participating Trailborn Hotels, restaurants, bars and lounges including:
· Trailborn Surf & Sound
· Trailborn Highlands
· Trailborn Grand Canyon
· Trailborn Rocky Mountain
· La Duna Paradiso at Trailborn Surf & Sound
· Highlands Supper Club at Trailborn Highlands
· Miss Kitty’s at Trailborn Grand Canyon
· Casa Colina at Trailborn Rocky Mountain
3. Are there any hotels or restaurants where I cannot use the Trailborn gift card products?
Yes – the Trailborn gift card products are not currently accepted at Trailborn Rocky Mountain Outpost.
4. How can I purchase a Trailborn Gift Card?
Gift cards can be purchased online at trailborn.com in a variety of denominations. You’ll receive a digital gift card by email after completing your purchase. You may also purchase a Trailborn gift card at any of our hotel front desks.
5. Do Trailborn Gift Cards expire?
No. Trailborn Gift Cards do not expire and there are no maintenance or inactivity fees.
6. Can I reload or add more value to my gift card?
At this time, Trailborn Gift Cards are not reloadable. You will need to purchase a new gift card if you'd like to gift or use additional funds.
7. How can I check the balance on my gift card?
You can check your gift card balance online by visiting the link provided in your confirmation email or by contacting our guest support team at support@trailborn.com or call 1-877-735-8044 (Mon-Fri 9am-5pmEST).
8. Can I use multiple gift cards for one reservation?
Yes, you can use more than one form of payment including Trailborn Gift Card to pay for your hotel stay at the time of checkout.
9. What happens if my purchase exceeds the value of the gift card?
If your total hotel folio exceeds the value of your gift card, you can pay the remaining balance using a credit card or another accepted payment method at checkout.
10. What is the maximum value of a Trailborn gift card that is ordered on Trailborn.com?
The maximum value that can be associated with any one gift card is two thousand United States dollars ($2,000.00). We may restrict the amount of Trailborn gift cards you can purchase in any single calendar day.
11. Are gift cards refundable or transferable?
Trailborn Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash (except where required by law). However, they are fully transferable and make great gifts for friends, family, or colleagues.
12. My Trailborn gift card order has not been received. How do I track my order?
You will receive an email for all Trailborn gift cards purchased on trailborn.com. Please check the website: trailborn.com/gift-card or please call 1-877-735-8044 (Mon-Fri 9am-5pmEST) for support.
13. I lost my gift card email. Can I get it resent?
Yes! If you’ve lost your digital gift card email, please contact our guest support team with the purchaser’s name and email address, and we’ll be happy to resend it.
