RULES AND POLICIES:
The Hospitality VP is responsible for approving and/or modifying the value of the points awarded to guests by the Puntacana Rewards Loyalty Program, as well as the points of sales of the different business divisions participating in said program.
To participate in the Puntacana Rewards Loyalty Program, guests must present their loyalty card when making a payment; purchase points may only be obtained by presenting the card.
Only individuals may participate in the Puntacana Rewards Loyalty Program.
The Puntacana Rewards Loyalty Program does not apply to in-house purchases made at points of sales.
To redeem the points, you must present the Puntacana Rewards Loyalty Card and make purchases starting at US$100.
Offers at the points of sales must specify whether the Puntacana Rewards Loyalty Program is applicable.
The Puntacana Rewards Loyalty Program points are not transferable to third parties, and must be redeemed by the guests who earned them.
The program is not available for groups, banquets or events. Certain restrictions apply.
Points accumulated in the Puntacana Rewards Loyalty Program cannot be used to pay for services and may only be redeemed at the points of sales participating in the program.
Any change or amendment to this Policy must be reported to the different points of sales at least 2 days prior to its effective date.
Venue/Points of Sale: Brassa Grill & Bar, Ananí Restaurant, Kite Bar, Don Queco Cigar Bar, Playa Blanca Restaurant, La Yola Restaurant, Bamboo Restaurant, Tortuga Bay Lounge, The Grill Restaurant, Ara Lounge, Los Plátanos Bar, Mare Restaurant, La Cana Golf Club, Corales Golf Club, Six Senses Spa, Oscar de la Renta Tennis Center.
Hotels: Tortuga Bay Hotel, The Westin Puntacana Resort & Club and Four Points by Sheraton Puntacana Village.
PROCEDURE:
The Puntacana Rewards Loyalty Program seeks to maximize the consumption potential of the Puntacana Resort & Club guests by their recurring visits, during which points are awarded based on guest consumption at the points of sales participating in the Program.
The Program will make use of high-impact marketing strategies to achieve its positioning, promoting greater loyalty of the Puntacana Resort & Club customers.
Loyal guests who submit their credentials (i.e. their Puntacana Rewards Loyalty Card) to authorized Puntacana Resort & Club staff when paying for their consumption at the Punta Cana Yacht Club (PCYC) will be awarded one (1) point for each US$10.00 consumed; fractions will be rounded up.
Each point will equal seventy-five US cents (USD$0.75), amount that may be reviewed periodically by the Hospitality Comptroller and suggest any required changes to be decided by the Hospitality Vice Presidency, guaranteeing the Program's economic cost, consistent with Grupo Puntacana's financial guidelines.
Loyal guests will be able to accumulate and redeem their points whenever they wish by presenting their loyalty card at available options published by Grupo Puntacana, or its appointee.
Puntacana Group reserves the right of redemption and expiration dates of said points.
Punta Cana Yacht Club, S.A.S. (PCYC) is the only Puntacana Group subsidiary company in charge of redeeming loyal guests' awarded points.
If the card is lost, the loyal guest will request its replacement at the Puntacana Resort & Club's Service Office, retaining his or her accumulated points.
The Service Office will forward the request to the Hospitality Comptroller, in order to validate and assign accumulated points to the new card.
PCYC may charge guests for the issuance of additional customer loyalty cards.
