TERMS & CONDITIONS - Gift Cards
● Redemption & Usage: Explicitly state that cards are only redeemable for services at any Lombardi Family Concept location. Note that they cannot be applied to previous purchases, used to pay credit card balances, or used to buy other gift cards.
● No Cash Redemption: Clearly states the card is not redeemable for cash or credit unless required by state law.
● Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards: Specify that the issuer is not responsible for lost or stolen cards, or that they will only be replaced with proof of purchase.
● Right to Void/Refuse: Reserve the right to deactivate or reject cards suspected of being obtained through fraud, theft, or illegal activity.
● Limitation of Liability: Limit liability for non-functional cards to the replacement of the card or the remaining balance, disclaiming indirect or consequential damages.
● Governing Law & Arbitration: Identify the state laws governing the agreement and include an arbitration clause for dispute resolution.
● Final Sale: State that gift card purchases are non-refundable
