Hotel Wisconsin, LLC Gift Card Terms and Conditions
(the “Agreement” or “Terms and Conditions”)
These Terms and Conditions are proprietary to Hotel Wisconsin, LLC (DBA “The Wisconsin Hotel & Farmer in the Dells”) for the Hotel Wisconsin, LLC Gift Card program unless otherwise indicated. This Agreement is a binding contract between you, the Gift Card holder (the “Customer”), and Hotel Wisconsin, LLC. By purchasing, accepting, or using a Gift Card, the Customer acknowledges having read and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Participating Locations
Hotel Wisconsin, LLC Gift Cards are redeemable at The Wisconsin Hotel and Farmer in the Dells and SILO Bar.
Purchase & Availability
Hotel Wisconsin Gift Cards may be purchased online or in person at The Wisconsin Hotel and Farmer in the Dells and SILO Bar
Gift Cards are available for both consumer and corporate purchase.
- Consumer Purchases:
Digital gift cards may be purchased online using a valid credit card. Physical gift cards may be purchased at participating Hotel Wisconsin, LLC locations using a credit card or cash. Consumer gift cards are available in denominations ranging from $25 to $500 USD, subject to a maximum total purchase limit of $2,000 per person per day. - Corporate Purchases:
Businesses registered in the United States with an approved Hotel Wisconsin, LLC corporate account may purchase gift cards in bulk. Corporate gift cards are available in denominations ranging from $25 to $1,000 USD, subject to a minimum order value of $2,000 and a maximum daily purchase limit of $100,000 USD. All corporate orders must be paid in full via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT/ACH) prior to delivery of gift cards, whether physical or digital.
Redemption & Use
Hotel Wisconsin, LLC Gift Cards may be redeemed for products and services (“Services”) at participating Hotel Wisconsin, LLC locations. Gift Cards may not be used for telephone orders or event tickets, and may not be used for deposits, advance purchases, or to secure or confirm reservations.
Gift Cards hold the exact value paid at the time of purchase. For example, a $100 USD gift card is redeemable for $100 USD toward eligible Services.
Gift Cards must be presented at the time of payment and cannot be applied retroactively. Physical cards must be presented in original form; photos or photocopies will not be accepted. Gift Cards may not be used for online transactions unless expressly permitted.
Gift Cards cannot be used to secure or guarantee reservations unless expressly authorized by Hotel Wisconsin, LLC.
Sales, Returns & Cancellations
All Gift Card sales are final. Gift Cards are non-refundable and non-returnable and are not redeemable for cash or check except where required by law. Orders cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded once processed.
Typographical or System Errors
We reserve the right to correct pricing, denomination, or system errors at any time. Orders may be canceled or adjusted accordingly, even if confirmed or charged. Refunds will be issued where applicable.
Sales & Activation
All Gift Card sales are final and are not refundable or redeemable for cash or check except where required by law.
Gift Cards are activated only after full payment has been received and fraud screening is completed.
No fees are charged for activation or use of Gift Cards.
Digital Gift Cards are typically delivered within 1–3 business days after purchase approval via secure email or mail and are redeemable upon activation.
Physical Gift Cards (if offered) are shipped via standard carrier (typically USPS First Class Mail). Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after fulfillment; additional delays may occur during holidays or promotions. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, and Hotel Wisconsin, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses.
Restrictions & Limitations
Gift Cards may not be resold. Any unlawful resale or attempted resale may result in cancellation without compensation.
Gift Cards are not credit or debit cards. Gift Cards may not be used to purchase additional gift cards and value may not be transferred to another card.
Hotel Wisconsin, LLC reserves the right to deactivate or reject any Gift Card obtained through fraudulent or unauthorized means.
Hotel Wisconsin, LLC may suspend, refuse, hold for review, or cancel any Gift Card order suspected of fraud, issued in error, or in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Gift Cards will not be accepted if the number is invalid, inactive, deactivated, declined, illegible, missing, or cannot be located in the system.
Once deactivated, a Gift Card cannot be reactivated.
Balance & Reloading
Customers may check Gift Card balances through designated Hotel Wisconsin, LLC channels.
Expiration
Gift Cards do not expire unless otherwise required or permitted by applicable law. If applicable law requires an expiration date for a specific type of card or program, the expiration will be disclosed on the card or at the time of issuance.
Transfers & Promotions
Gift Cards are transferable when given without compensation (e.g., as gifts). Any recipient is bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Promotional certificates or promo cards issued by Hotel Wisconsin, LLC may include expiration dates and will be clearly identified as promotional, not standard gift cards.
Promotional Periods
During promotional events, processing may take an additional 2–3 business days. Bonus gift cards (if offered) are issued separately from purchased value and, unless otherwise stated, only one bonus card is issued per order. Promotional eligibility may require online purchase. Gift Cards may not be available for same-day purchases or pickup holds during promotions, and for security reasons orders may be required to ship to the billing address.
Order Acceptance; Out-of-Stock; Multiple Shipments
Receipt of an order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. Hotel Wisconsin, LLC reserves the right to accept, reject, or limit any order at its sole discretion. If applicable, items may ship separately when available, and customers may cancel unshipped portions prior to fulfillment. For multiple-item orders, orders may ship in multiple shipments and customers are charged only for shipped items; shipping charges apply as stated at checkout.
Payment Methods
For online consumer purchases, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. No surcharge applies. Billing information must match issuing bank records. Payment is charged at the time of shipment or digital fulfillment (as applicable).
Taxes
Applicable sales tax will be applied where required by law based on the shipping destination (if applicable). Customers are responsible for any additional tax obligations where applicable.
Privacy
We may collect personal information such as name, email, phone number, billing and shipping address, and payment information to process orders, provide support, and enhance guest experience. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (such as encryption and firewall protection) to protect personal information. Customers may opt out of marketing communications at any time. Cookies may be used to improve shopping experience and cart functionality.
Third-Party Links
We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or operations of external websites linked from our site.
Partial Use & Additional Payment
If the purchase amount is less than the Gift Card value, the remaining balance will stay on the card until depleted.
If the purchase exceeds the Gift Card value, the remaining balance must be paid using another Gift Card or an accepted form of payment such as cash or credit card.
Refunds
If a purchase made with a Gift Card is refunded, any portion originally paid with a Gift Card will be returned to a Gift Card, subject to the terms of the original purchase.
Loss, Theft, or Damage
Hotel Wisconsin, LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed Gift Cards, or for unauthorized use. Gift Cards are treated like cash. Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the recipient upon completion of purchase processing.
Disclaimer of Liability
Gift Cards are not credit or debit cards and carry no implied warranties.
Hotel Wisconsin, LLC is not responsible for temporary technical issues that may prevent redemption. Customers agree to return and use the Gift Card once issues are resolved.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin and applicable United States law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from Gift Card use shall be adjudicated in the State of Wisconsin, and the Customer agrees to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of Wisconsin courts.
