Q: How can I use my Global Ambassador digital gift card? 
A: Present gift card or e-gift card at the time of transaction to pay for products or services at The Global Ambassador. No refunds, not redeemable for cash. Each gift card is subject to the conditions of The Global Ambassador Gift Card Program. Gift cards can only be redeemed on Global Ambassador booked reservations only. If your bill exceeds the amount on your gift card, you are responsible for the remaining amount with another form of payment. Gift cards may not be used to pre-pay for a room reservation.  


Q: What is the difference in a digital and physical Global Ambassador gift card?
A: Digital gift cards are an electronic gift card sent via email. Physical gift cards may be purchased at The Global Ambassador. Both digital and physical gift cards may be redeemed at The Global Ambassador and concepts and services within.


Q: Do Global Ambassador gift cards expire?
A: No, Global Ambassador gift cards do not expire.


Q: Can I send someone a digital gift card?
A: Yes, please visit here to send someone a digital gift card. On the delivery date you choose, a message is sent to the recipient informing them of your gift, with a link to retrieve it online. The link in the email goes to a page showing the eGift Card with your recipient's name, your personalized message, value and code number. This page also gives simple instructions for redeeming the eGift Card, including printing instructions.

Q. Can I replace my Gift Card if lost or stolen?
A. Yes, if previously registered on this site.


Q. What if I locate the Gift Card that I have reported as lost or stolen?
A. Once the card has been reported as lost or stolen, the card is deactivated and the balance is transferred to a new, registered Global Ambassador Gift Card. The old card has no value and can no longer be used.


Q. Are The Global Ambassador Gift Cards safe to buy through Internet gift card resellers?
A. Buying a gift card through an internet gift card reseller carries risk. A prior owner may redeem your gift card prior to you redeeming the gift card. Or, in remote circumstances, a gift card may have been fraudulently purchased whereby the funds may be removed from the card before you can redeem the gift card.
